Job summary

CSG is seeking an Engagement Manager for remote US-based delivery leadership of software implementations. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure successful outcomes for mid-to-large scale projects.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, facilitate workshops, create governance artifacts, and mentor junior project managers to foster continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years managing software implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of scope, schedule, budget, risk and resource management.
• Experience creating project plans, budgets, resource forecasts, communication plans, status reporting, governance materials.
• Experience facilitating workshops, meetings, and stakeholder forums with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and direction in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple medium to large complexity projects end to end.
• Create project initiation documents and delivery approaches.
• Deliver projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and changes; escalate as needed.
• Facilitate project workshops, status meetings, stakeholder forums, and decision-making sessions.
• Create and execute communication plans and establish project infrastructure for information sharing.
• Develop budgets and resource forecasts; track delivery vs budget and forecast.
• Coordinate stakeholders to maintain alignment, accountability, and momentum.
• Mentor and support other project managers and contribute to continuous improvement.
