Job summary

CSG is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead end-to-end software implementation projects for clients across the United States. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, and drive delivery excellence in a fast-moving environment.

This remote role offers collaboration with stakeholders, mentorship for junior PMs, and opportunities to improve delivery practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing software implementation or software development projects.
• Experience coordinating with clients and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resource management.
• Experience creating project plans, budgets, resource forecasts, communication plans, status reporting, and governance materials.
• Experience facilitating workshops, meetings, and stakeholder forums with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple medium to large complexity projects, end to end.
• Create or obtain approval for project initiation documents, delivery approaches, project success criteria, and materials supporting internal program reviews.
• Deliver projects within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and changes; escape and resolve concerns with appropriate account and delivery leaders.
• Select and apply appropriate delivery methods, tools, and governance practices.
• Facilitate project workshops, status meetings, stakeholder forums, and decision‑making sessions.
• Create and execute communication plans and establish project infrastructure for effective information sharing and document management.
• Develop and contribute to project budgets and resource forecasts; track delivery performance against budget and forecast, and address variances.
• Coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders to maintain alignment, accountability, and momentum throughout delivery.
• Ensure project deliverables and documentation are complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with delivery standards.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve the Delivery practice and CSG's project delivery capabilities.
• Mentor and support other project managers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
