CSG is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead multi-thread software implementation projects from initiation through delivery. You will coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders, drive delivery leadership, and ensure projects stay on time, within scope and budget.

Your background should include 4+ years managing software implementation or development projects, strong communication skills, and proven leadership in cross-functional environments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience managing software implementation or software development projects, including coordinating with clients, technical teams, managing dependencies, and delivering software-based outcomes.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, issue, dependency, change, and resource management.
• Experience creating project plans, budgets, resource forecasts, communication plans, status reporting, and governance materials.
• Experience facilitating workshops, meetings, and stakeholder forums with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and direction in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Experience mentoring project managers or contributing to delivery process improvements.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple medium to large complexity projects, end to end.
• Create or obtain approval for project initiation documents, delivery approaches, project success criteria, and materials supporting internal program reviews.
• Deliver projects within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and changes; elevate and resolve concerns with the appropriate account and delivery leaders.
• Select and apply appropriate delivery methods, tools, and governance practices.
• Facilitate project workshops, status meetings, stakeholder forums, and decision-making sessions.
• Create and execute communication plans and establish project infrastructure for effective information sharing and document management.
• Develop and contribute to project budgets and resource forecasts; track delivery performance against budget and forecast, and address variances.
• Coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders to maintain alignment, accountability, and momentum throughout delivery.
• Ensure project deliverables and documentation are complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with delivery standards.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve the Delivery practice and CSG’s project delivery capabilities.
• Mentor and support other project managers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
