Job summary

CSG Systems in the United States is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead medium to large software implementation projects—SaaS and custom—from initiation through completion. You will coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders, provide delivery leadership, and ensure on-time, within-scope, and on-budget results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong understanding of project management principles (scope, schedule, budget, risk, issues, dependencies).
• Experience creating project plans, budgets, forecasts, communication plans and governance materials.
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder forums with diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple medium to large complexity projects end to end.
• Develop initiation documents, delivery approaches, success criteria, and governance materials.
• Deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining quality.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, changes; escalate as needed.
• Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and stakeholder forums; communicate plans.
• Develop budgets and resource forecasts; track performance and address variances.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum.
• Ensure deliverables and documentation meet delivery standards and quality.
