Job summary

CSG is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead multiple medium to large software implementation and SaaS projects from initiation through completion. You will coordinate both technical and non-technical stakeholders, provide delivery leadership, and ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget results.

The role includes mentoring other project managers and contributing to delivery process improvements. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of PM experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple medium to large complexity projects end to end.
• Create or obtain approval for project initiation documents and delivery plans.
• Deliver projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and changes; escalate when needed.
• Facilitate project workshops, status meetings, and stakeholder forums.
• Develop and track project budgets and resource forecasts; monitor delivery performance.
