CLEAResult is hiring for an Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist. This remote role supports utility customers to save money and improve energy efficiency.

You will handle inquiries, enroll customers in programs, provide education, and offer tech support across multiple platforms. Ideal candidates have 6+ months in customer-facing roles, typing 35+ WPM, and a customer-first attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to type 35+ WPM.
• No attendance or punctuality concerns.
• Thrives in an intensive, multi-platform support environment.
• Call Center experience in inbound/outbound sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls in a call-center setting.
• Navigate scripts and provide excellent customer service.
• Support customers across multiple programs (education, enrollment, support).
• Assist with tech support, online help, and status updates as needed.
