CLEAResult is hiring an Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist for a remote position. You will join a team helping utility customers save money and improve home energy efficiency, while supporting climate goals.

In this role you will handle inbound calls, navigate scripts, enroll customers in programs, and provide technical support across multiple platforms. A high school diploma and 6 months customer-facing experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Typing 35+ WPM preferred.
• Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance.
• Sales-oriented with focus on customer satisfaction.
• Comfort navigating multiple platforms and scripts.
• Remote work setup with provided laptop and reliable internet.

Responsibilities
