CLEAResult, a leading energy efficiency firm, is hiring an Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist for a remote role. You will join a team that helps utility customers save money and improve home energy use, using multiple platforms and scripts.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, enroll customers in programs, provide education, and offer tech support while meeting schedule, goals, and performance metrics. A high school diploma and 6+ months in customer-facing roles are required.
