CLEAResult is seeking a remote Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist to help utility customers save money and improve homes’ energy efficiency. You will work in an inbound contact center supporting multiple programs, using scripts and knowledge to enroll customers, provide education, and handle technical support.

The role emphasizes energy efficiency, broad platform usage, and real-time performance data, with a schedule and location flexibility that fits a remote work model.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Ability to type 35+ WPM.
• No attendance or punctuality concerns.
• Ability to thrive in an intensive environment while navigating multiple platforms.
• Minimum of 6 months in a customer-facing environment; call center experience preferred.
• Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction.
• 'How can I help you?' attitude.
