Zusammenfassung

Westlake Epoxy is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative for a 12-month temporary assignment to support our sales team in managing end-to-end order processes in an international environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with strong Italian and English language skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with Excel/Word; SAP experience is a plus. You will coordinate orders, invoicing, and master data while delivering superior customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an administrative/commercial field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in international settings.
• Strong organization, flexibility and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word; SAP experience a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and English; German knowledge preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage the entire order process as the main contact for order-related activities.
• Maintain relationships with customers through phone, email, and digital systems.
• Enter orders, handle changes and cancellations, coordinate with plants for on-time shipments.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure correct invoicing and compliance with customer requirements.
• Update and maintain accurate customer master data and provide backup support to colleagues.
