Job summary

OLLY PBC is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative for a remote, full-time 5-month contract. You will manage end-to-end customer orders, coordinate with Sales, Finance, and supply chain, and use EDI and Microsoft D365 for order processing.

Responsibilities include onboarding new customers, data setup, and KPI tracking. Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in customer service, with CPG exposure, inventory management familiarity, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years experience in customer service; CPG experience preferred.
• Understanding of warehouse, inventory and logistics basics.
• Ability to troubleshoot and take initiative.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Accurate data entry and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service to OLLY’s customers and communicate with customers/retailers.
• Support and work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance and supply chain teams.
• Process and manage full cycle of customer orders through EDI and Microsoft D365; troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Work with 3PL to manage finished goods inventory and ensure fulfillment levels.
• Assist with customer and item data setup, BOMs and UPCs in data hubs like Salsify.
• Collaborate with the S&OP Manager to identify at-risk orders and manage allocations; monitor open orders and inventory.
• Facilitate new customer onboarding with routing guides and timely updates and reports.
• Pull together KPIs to track customer service performance.
