Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a fixed-term contract to support order processing, invoicing, returns, and inquiries in a demanding logistics environment based in Athens.

The role requires 2–4 years in customer service, a relevant bachelor's degree, and fluency in Greek and English. Strong Excel skills and ERP familiarity are preferred; spolu with excellent communication and organizational abilities, you will collaborate across teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant customer service experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Logistics.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Strong Excel skills and digital proficiency.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing and invoicing.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve service issues.
• Coordinate returns, credits and 3PL tasks.
• Maintain accurate customer data in systems.
• Communicate order status and delivery updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives.
