Terumo Europe NV is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our EEM Customer Service team for a temporary period of about six months, with potential extension. You will support order entry, stock allocation, certificates, and related documentation, and may expand to full order-to-cash coordination for a defined set of customers as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Sales Support or Order Management.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook and Teams; SAP/ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contact for assigned customers and provide timely support.
• Manage end-to-end order process: entry, verification, delivery coordination and invoicing.
• Collaborate with Sales and other teams to ensure efficient customer experience.
