OpenKrill is seeking a sharp, detail-obsessed order specialist to run the order lifecycle for a growing distribution business. This fully remote, full-time role places you at the center of customer and warehousing operations, ensuring orders are entered correctly, dispatched on time and communicated clearly from start to finish.

You will process high volumes of B2B and B2C orders, track every step from entry to delivery, and collaborate with sales, accounts and logistics to keep records accurate

Qualifications

• 2+ years in order processing or sales administration.
• Accurate, high-volume data entry under tight deadlines.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; habit of double-checking work.
• Strong prioritisation and ability to work independently from home.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of B2B and B2C orders in NetSuite and third-party portals.
• Track every order from entry to delivery, logging status updates and invoice numbers.
• Work with warehouse team on amendments, dispatch schedules and delivery tracking.
• Keep turnaround times in view, prioritising key customers.
• Be the go-to contact for phone and email inquiries, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
• Keep customer and transaction records accurate across internal systems and portals.
• Support the team with ad hoc admin and operational projects once core orders are cleared.
