Job summary

Curriculum Associates, LLC is seeking a Partner Success Specialist to serve as the central contact for educators using our i-Ready platform, supporting multiple small implementations and ensuring onboarding within the expected timeframes.

You will use Outlook, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office to communicate, analyze data, and support renewals while working remotely in CST & EST hours. Travel up to 10% is required, with a compensation package reflecting performance and experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year or more experience in customer service, sales, or teaching (or a combination).
• Proficiency with Outlook, Salesforce.com, and Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Strong listening and communication skills—both oral and written.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-centric skills; able to build trust and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central contact for educators using Curriculum Associates’ products and services.
• Support a greater number of small implementations with proactive outreach and onboarding within expected timeframes.
• Provide responsive service and address educator needs with internal teams.
• Utilize data to inform educator decisions and assist in analyzing student performance within the i-Ready platform.
• Support renewal opportunities through relationship-building and high-quality service.
• Identify opportunities for product expansion with sales team; support territory pilot strategies.
• Travel up to 10% for school visits and educator events.
