Job summary

Curriculum Associates is seeking a remote Partner Success Specialist to serve as the main point of contact for educators using i-Ready and related services. You will implement and support a high volume of educator accounts, ensuring timely onboarding and ongoing assistance to maximize program impact.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s Degree (or equivalent) with 1+ year in customer service, sales, or teaching, and is proficient in Outlook, Salesforce, and MS Office.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
1 year+ experience in customer service, sales, or teaching
Proficiency with Outlook, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS365)

Responsibilities

Provide proactive implementation support for educator accounts
Onboard accounts and ensure successful deployment within expected timelines
Respond to educator inquiries and issues promptly
Analyze student performance data to inform educators and drive impact
Support renewals and identify opportunities for product expansion
