Job summary

Tutored by Teachers is seeking a Partner Success Manager to join our Engagement Management team. This remote role supports Los Angeles locally and focuses on ensuring program success, onboarding new clients, and growing partnerships with schools and districts.

You will own your book of business, drive renewals and expansions, synthesize client feedback, and partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Experience in K-12 education, district and school leadership preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the work week.
• Commitment to Tutored by Teachers’ mission to close the opportunity gap.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to district and school teams, ensuring program success and long-term growth.
• Lead onboarding for new clients, setting clear timelines and milestones.
• Own and manage your book of business: develop territory plans for account health, renewals, and expansions.
• Synthesize client feedback to provide insights to internal teams and senior management.
• Lead renewal and upsell efforts to grow partnerships based on client goals.
• Proactively identify at-risk accounts and mitigate churn.
• Build collaborative relationships across internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
