Job summary

Curriculum Associates is seeking a Regional Manager to lead its Partner Success team across the Central Area (OH, MO, TN, WV). The role focuses on ensuring best-in-class educator support during implementations, driving renewals, and territory growth through high-quality service.

You will report to the Associate VP, Partner Success for the territory and collaborate with Sales and Professional Development. The position emphasizes strong customer relationships, data-driven decisions, and coaching

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of professionals in an educational or service-focused environment.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated ethical standards, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Self-motivation and ability to work with some independent direction.
• Analytical problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a dedicated team of partner success managers to support implementations and renewals.
• Build relationships with district champions and key districts to drive adoption and expansion.
• Monitor usage and performance trends to guide account actions and improvement.
• Mentor staff to ensure high-quality implementations and timely educator support.
• Collaborate with Sales and Professional Development to align service and growth initiatives.
• Drive renewal strategies and upsell/cross-sell opportunities within current districts.
• Support Ready implementations and ensure effective cross-team collaboration.
