Job summary

You will mentor staff, collaborate with Sales and Professional Development, and drive revenue through retention and upsell opportunities while traveling up to 10% for school visits and meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or Marketing/Business preferred
- 8+ years experience in customer service, sales, or teaching
- Experience managing direct and indirect reports in a project management or educational environment
Responsibilities
- Lead partner success managers to oversee implementations and renewals
- Drive revenue through retention and upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales and Professional Development Leaders across the territory
- Mentor staff to ensure successful implementations and timely educator support
