Job summary

Imagine Learning, a remote-friendly education technology company, seeks a full-time Implementation Specialist to manage accounts, deliver training, and support sales alongside our partner Study Sync.

You will use Salesforce and webinar tools to train districts, collaborate with teachers, and travel up to 75% during peak periods. A BA+ with 5 years in K-12 education and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited school with 5+ years in K-12 education.
• Experience delivering professional development and product training.
• Familiar with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom; strong MS/Google suite skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation and management of accounts in the assigned region.
• Provide nationwide account support as needed.
• Design and deliver sales presentations and training.
• Collaborate with districts, administrators and teachers for success.
• Travel up to 40–75% as required.
• Lead webinars and live online training sessions.
• Manage multiple accounts and projects concurrently.
