Working Solutions is seeking full-time Instructors to work virtually from home offices, delivering the online instruction we provide to our independent contractor PROs just before they begin working on one of our virtual call center client programs.

To qualify for employee positions, candidates must be legal residents of AR, AZ, FL, IN, IA, MI, NC, NE, OH, TN, TX and possess a Bachelor's degree or higher. Teaching experience is essential; virtual teaching is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher (required) or higher.
• Teaching experience is essential and virtual experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to motivate learning.
• Ability to multitask and manage information accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Design class curriculum and prepare PROs for projects.
• Review client documentation and adapt materials for virtual prep.
• Assist with scheduling and delivery of project prep information.
• Provide preparation and support for active PROs and new projects.
• Document programs and report results to management.
