Job summary

Working Solutions is seeking full-time Instructors who will work virtually from home offices, delivering the online instruction we provide to our independent contractor PROs before they begin on client programs. To qualify for employee positions, candidates must be legal residents of one of the following states: AR, AZ, FL, IN, IA, MI, NC, NE, OH, TN, TX.

You will design class curricula, prepare PROs, assist with scheduling, deliver training, and report results to management while maintaining

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree (or higher).
• Teaching experience is essential, including curriculum creation.
• 3–5 years classroom and/or virtual training experience.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
• Familiarity with call center processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design class curricula and thoroughly prepare PROs for client projects.
• Prepare agents to competently complete projects, including testing and sharing project details.
• Assist with delivery of project preparation information for large or ongoing projects.
• Assist with agent scheduling to improve retention and success rates.
• Provide results reporting to management and/or clients.
