Job summary

Working Solutions is seeking full-time Instructors who will work virtually from home offices, delivering online instruction to our independent contractor PROs just before they begin working on client programs. To qualify for employee positions, candidates must be legal residents of NC and other listed states.

A Bachelor's degree and teaching experience are essential, with virtual teaching experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (required) or higher, preferably related to Education.
• Teaching experience is essential and curriculum creation experience is a plus.
• 3–5 years classroom and/or virtual training experience.
• Excellent communication and ability to motivate learning.
• Strong self-organization for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Design class curriculum and thoroughly prepare Working Solutions Pros for quality project work.
• Meet with clients to determine preparation needs.
• Review and modify project documentation for virtual prep; develop prep materials.
• Prepare assigned agents to competently complete projects, including testing.
• Assist with scheduling and onboarding for new projects.
• Provide ongoing prep for active PROs and respond to questions.
• Document programs, processes and procedures as needed.
• Provide results reporting to management and/or clients.
