Job summary

Working Solutions is seeking full-time Instructors who will work virtually from home offices, delivering the online instruction we provide to our independent contractor PROs before they begin working on client programs. To qualify for employee positions, candidates must be legal residents of one of the following states: AR, AZ, FL, IN, IA, MI, NC, NE, OH, TN, TX.

Design class curricula and thoroughly prepare Working Solutions Pros for quality project work, to contribute to growth and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; education-related preferred.
• Teaching experience essential; virtual teaching a plus.
• 3–5 years classroom or virtual training experience.
• Knowledge of call center processes is a plus.
• Willingness to motivate learning and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design class curricula and thoroughly prepare Working Solutions Pros for quality project work.
• Prepare PROs to competently complete projects, including testing and information delivery.
• Assist with agent scheduling and preparation for large or ongoing projects.
• Provide preparation materials and respond to PRO questions to support learning.
