Job summary

Working Solutions is seeking full-time Instructors to work virtually from home, delivering online instruction to independent contractor PROs before they begin working on client programs. Candidates must be US residents of specified states and hold a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (required) or higher, preferably related to Education.
• 3-5 years classroom and/or virtual training experience.
• Teaching experience is essential; virtual experience is a plus.
• US citizenship or permanent resident to be considered.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple teaching tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design class curriculum and thoroughly prepare Working Solutions Pros for quality project work.
• Develop virtual preparation materials with guidance from Director of Agent Development.
• Prepare assigned agents to competently complete projects, including testing and providing project information.
• Assist with agent scheduling for new projects to improve retention and success rates.
• Provide results reporting to management and clients as requested.
• Respond to PRO questions and recognize accomplishments; maintain high quality.
