Job summary

Working Solutions is seeking full-time Instructors to work virtually from home, delivering online instruction to independent contractors before they begin client programs. Eligibility requires legal residency in specified states, and a Bachelor’s degree with teaching experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Education related) is required or preferred.
• Teaching experience is essential and highly valued.
• Strong communication and motivation skills are critical for success.
• Ability to organize, manage time, and work independently from home.
• Familiarity with teaching tools and programs and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Design class curriculum and prepare instructors for quality project work.
• Prepare agents to complete projects, including testing and providing information.
• Assist with delivery of project preparation information for large projects.
• Support scheduling to improve retention and success rates.
• Provide ongoing prep support and respond to related questions.
