Job summary

Working Solutions is seeking full-time instructors to deliver online instruction remotely from home offices to independent contractor PROs before they begin client projects. To qualify for employee positions, candidates must be legal residents of AR, AZ, FL, IN, IA, MI, NC, NE, OH, TN, TX.

Design curricula and thoroughly prepare PROs for quality work; collaborate with clients and our Director of Agent Development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably related to Education.
Teaching experience is essential; virtual experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design class curriculum and thoroughly prepare Working Solutions Pros for quality project work.
Meet with clients to determine preparation needs.
Review and modify project documentation to fit virtual preparation methods and time-frames; develop materials.
Prepare assigned agents to competently complete projects, including testing and providing project information.
Assist Contract Instructors with delivery of project preparation information for large/ongoing projects.
Assist with agent scheduling when starting new projects to improve retention and success rates.
Provide preparation for active PROs to ensure client quality.
Respond to preparation-related PRO questions and provide encouragement.
Document and implement programs, processes and procedures.
Provide results reporting to management and clients.
