Job summary

Catalyst Education is seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive revenue by building a pipeline of university faculty opportunities. This remote role focuses on Labflow and Spark implementations, with campus outreach and virtual demos to secure faculty adoptions.

You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, travel 1–2 trips per month during school terms, and collaborate with Faculty Success Managers for smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or support experience in Edtech.
• Approximately 1 year of college-level teaching experience.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation software.
• Willingness to travel 1–2 trips per month.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a pipeline of faculty opportunities.
• Deliver online and in-person demonstrations.
• Guide adopters through the decision process to adoption.
• Collaborate with Faculty Success Managers during onboarding.
