Motorola Solutions seeks an Experienced ECH Field Engineer to deploy Emergency Call Handling solutions across on-premise and cloud environments. You will configure systems, run site tests, and support customers during production deployments.

This remote role requires 75% travel within the US and internationally. Strong cloud, virtualization, and telephony knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• College degree in Engineering, IT, or Technology.
• 5+ years in engineering/technical environments.
• Cloud certifications are a plus (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with cloud-based troubleshooting and identity management (SSO/AD).
• Experience with server virtualization (ESXi/Hyper-V).
• Knowledge of SQL Server and Windows/Linux OS.
• Familiar with SIP, ACD routing, SBC provisioning, and network security.

Responsabilités

• Configure and test ECH solutions on-site and in hybrid cloud environments.
• Perform site verification testing prior to production cutover.
• Troubleshoot connectivity between local and cloud environments.
• Support customers and partners during deployment.
• Document changes to cloud tenants and APIs during deployment.
• Contribute to methods of procedure for cloud migrations and upgrades.
• Maintain SME level knowledge of cloud-native public safety tech.
