Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Emergency Call Handling (ECH) Field Engineer to deploy and support ECH solutions on-premise and in cloud environments. Remote work across the US with 75%+ travel domestically and internationally is required.

You will configure systems, test sites, troubleshoot, and document changes while collaborating with customers and partners to ensure successful deployments. The role demands strong cloud and networking expertise, security clearance eligibility, and hands-on

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering/technical experience in a similar role.
• Experience with on-premise and cloud-hosted ECH solutions deployment.
• Candidate must be a US citizen with ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy ECH solutions per site design.
• Perform site verification testing before production cut.
• Troubleshoot connectivity between local and cloud environments.
• Document changes including cloud configurations and API integrations.
• Support customers and channel partners during deployment.
