Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Emergency Call Handling (ECH) Field Engineer to implement and support ECH solutions across on-premise and cloud environments. This remote US-position requires extensive travel (>75%).

You will configure systems, verify site readiness, troubleshoot connectivity, document changes, and collaborate with customers and partners to ensure successful deployments. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in IP product deployments are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, software engineering or technology.
• 3+ years deploying and integrating complex IP products and systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and cloud-based troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Performs system configuration for ECH solutions including hybrid cloud and SaaS apps.
• Verifies site readiness and performs production cutovers.
• Configures connectivity between local infra and cloud environments.
• Documents changes, including cloud tenant configurations and API integrations.
• Supports customers and channel partners during deployment and post-cut support.
• Participates in cloud migrations, MOP development, and pre-contract activities.
