Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced ECH Field Engineer to lead on-site and cloud-based deployments of Emergency Call Handling solutions across the US. You will configure, test, and cut sites into production while coordinating with customers and partners to ensure a smooth transition.

The role requires strong experience with virtualization, networks, and cloud services, plus the ability to travel up to 75% (US and international).

Qualifications

• 5+ years deploying or integrating complex IP products and systems.
• Experience with cloud-based troubleshooting and identity management (SSO/AD).
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization tools.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test ECH solutions on hybrid cloud and SaaS.
• Perform site verification and production cutovers.
• Document changes, assist with cloud migrations and SOPs.
• Travel up to 75% across US and international.
