Job summary

MTM, Inc. is seeking a Regional Ambulance Manager (East) to oversee ambulance vendor recruitment, provider relationships, and regional network management. You will analyze costs and ensure high service levels across the East region while driving client satisfaction and contract compliance.

The role is remote within the East U.S. and may require up to 25% travel. You will engage with ambulance partners, monitor performance metrics, and stay current with industry trends to expand services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in EMS or Ambulance Operations, Dispatch Operations, Logistics or Transportation (7+ years preferred).
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle recruitment of ambulance vendors in the assigned region.
• Lead retention and recruitment to ensure comprehensive regional coverage.
• Evaluate provider performance, costs, and service metrics to ensure quality.
• Understand client expectations, rates, Medicaid/Medicare schedules, and contracts.
• Collaborate with Mobile Integrated Health to strengthen ambulance partnerships.
