Job summary

MTM, Inc. seeks a Regional Ambulance Manager (East) to oversee ambulance vendor recruitment, provider relationships, and network management across the East region. You will analyze costs and ensure high service levels while maintaining client expectations and compliance.

The role is remote within the East US, travel up to 25% regionally, and offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities in ambulance operations and client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in EMS or Ambulance Operations, Dispatch Operations, Logistics or Transportation (7+ years preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle recruitment of ambulance vendors in the assigned region and onboard new partners.
• Lead network retention to maintain comprehensive geographic coverage.
• Negotiate pricing and trip coverage with providers and monitor performance metrics.
