Qualifications

• 5+ years EMS or Ambulance Operations/Dispatch/Logistics experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and strong MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle recruitment of ambulance vendors in the East region.
• Lead recruitment and retention to ensure comprehensive geographic coverage.
• Negotiate pricing and trip coverage with providers and monitor performance metrics.
• Maintain knowledge of state/local/client ambulance rates and Medicaid/Medicare schedules.
• Coordinate with Mobile Integrated Health team to strengthen ambulance partnerships.
