Job summary

MTM, Inc. is seeking a Regional Ambulance Manager (East) to oversee ambulance vendor recruitment, relationships, and service delivery across the East region.

This remote role supports the MTM network with high standards, cost analysis, and provider satisfaction, traveling up to 25% within the East region. You will manage end-to-end vendor onboarding, contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and ensure adherence to client expectations and state rate schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5+ years in EMS or Ambulance Operations, Dispatch or Transportation.
• Experience in EMS industry and vendor management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle recruitment of ambulance vendors in the region.
• Lead retention and recruitment to ensure geographic coverage.
• Negotiate pricing and trip coverage with providers.
• Evaluate performance and costs; track metrics such as on-time performance and client satisfaction.
• Oversee ambulance processes, training, claims resolution, and compliance.
