MTM, Inc. is seeking a Regional Ambulance Manager (East) to oversee ambulance recruiting, provider relationships, and network management across the East region. The role is remote and can be located anywhere within the East, with up to 25% travel within the region.

You will manage end-to-end vendor onboarding, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with MTM contract requirements and service levels. Strong EMS experience and advanced MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G. (GED) is required/preferred.
• 5+ years in EMS or Ambulance Operations, Dispatch Operations, Logistics or Transportation; 7+ years preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong focus on customers, accountability, teamwork, collaboration and decisiveness.
• Professionalism and client service orientation; ability to handle sensitive matters.

Responsabilités

• Recruit ambulance vendors across the assigned region from onboarding to performance tracking.
• Lead retention and recruitment to ensure broad geographic coverage of the network.
• Evaluate provider performance, costs, and adherence to metrics including on-time performance and satisfaction.
• Understand client expectations, rates, protocols, Medicaid/Medicare fee schedules, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with Mobile Integrated Health to strengthen partnerships for community services.
• Oversee internal ambulance processes, training, and claims resolution.
