MTM, Inc. is seeking a Regional Ambulance Manager (East) to oversee ambulance vendor recruitment, provider relationships, and network management across the East region in a primarily remote role.

Travel up to 25% will be required within the East region of the United States. The position focuses on ensuring high operational standards, contract compliance, and provider satisfaction, with responsibilities spanning cost analysis, performance evaluation, and collaboration with Mobile Integrated

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years in EMS, ambulance operations, dispatch, logistics, or transportation (7+ years preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong focus on customers, accountability, teamwork and decisiveness.
• Excellent customer orientation and communication with strong follow-through.
• Professionalism and ability to handle confidential matters.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit ambulance vendors throughout the region from start to onboard.
• Retain and recruit network to ensure geographic coverage.
• Evaluate performance and costs and hold vendors accountable on KPIs.
• Understand client expectations, rates, protocols, and fee schedules.
• Collaborate with Mobile Integrated Health to strengthen ambulance partnerships.
• Oversee internal ambulance processes, provider training, and claims resolution.
• Drive cost containment initiatives on per trip and per mile costs.
• Monitor service levels and trip scheduling to meet expectations.
• Provide guidance to ambulance providers on operations and reimbursement.
• Ensure consistency of ambulance policies and procedures.
• Track recruitment activity and progress toward goals; report project progress.
• Educate providers on MTM contract requirements.
• Participate in planning and updates to regulations.
• Act as ambulance subject matter expert and stay updated on trends.
• Ensure process and quality standards meet contract requirements.
• Execute new implementations and client expansions.
