Zusammenfassung

MTM, Inc. is seeking a Regional Ambulance Manager (East) to oversee ambulance recruiting, provider relationships and network management across the East region. The role will also provide financial analysis of ambulance transportation costs for the assigned region.

This remote position requires EMS industry experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders. Travel up to 25% within the East region is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years in EMS or Ambulance Operations, Dispatch Operations, Logistics or Transportation (7+ years preferred).
• Must have EMS industry experience and valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Oversee full lifecycle recruitment of ambulance vendors in the assigned region and onboard new vendors.
• Lead retention and expansion of the existing ambulance network to ensure geographic coverage.
• Negotiate pricing and trip coverage with providers and ensure contract compliance.
• Evaluate provider performance, costs and service levels (on-time performance, costs, customer satisfaction).
• Monitor client expectations, state/local/customer rates and Medicaid/Medicare fee schedules.
• Coordinate with Mobile Integrated Health to support community paramedicine and in-home services.
• Drive cost containment initiatives and monitor costs per trip and per mile.
• Provide guidance and support to ambulance providers from scheduling to reimbursement.
• Ensure policy execution, training, and adherence to MTM contracts and regulations.
