MTM, Inc. is seeking a Regional Ambulance Manager (East) to oversee ambulance recruiting, provider relationships and network management. This remote role can be located anywhere within the East region of the United States, with up to 25% travel.

You will analyze costs, monitor performance, and drive improvements in service levels and compliance. You will lead vendor onboarding, contract adherence and educational initiatives while coordinating with the Mobile Integrated Health team to expand

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years EMS or ambulance operations, dispatch, logistics or transportation experience.
• Experience with MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer focus, accountability and teamwork.
• Professionalism and confidentiality in sensitive matters.
• Prior management experience is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee full lifecycle recruitment of ambulance vendors in the assigned region.
• Lead retention and recruitment to ensure comprehensive geographic coverage.
• Evaluate provider performance and costs against key metrics.
• Maintain understanding of rates, protocols and fee schedules.
• Collaborate with Mobile Integrated Health to support community services.
• Manage internal ambulance processes, training and claims resolution.
• Drive cost containment through analysis of trips, miles and related metrics.
• Monitor service levels and scheduling to meet client expectations.
• Provide guidance to ambulance providers from scheduling to reimbursement.
• Ensure consistency of ambulance policies and procedures.
• Monthly reporting on recruitment activity and project progress.
• Educate providers on MTM and contract requirements.
• Plan and implement updates to amendments and regulations.
• Act as ambulance subject matter expert and stay current on trends.
• Ensure contract standards, service levels and client satisfaction.
• Execute new implementations and client expansions.
