Job summary

MTM, Inc. is seeking a Regional Ambulance Manager (East) to oversee ambulance vendor recruitment, provider relationships and overall regional operations from a remote location within the East U.S. region. The role travels up to 25% and collaborates with the Mobile Integrated Health team to enhance community paramedicine services.

You will manage performance metrics, oversee provider training, and ensure contract adherence while driving cost containment and client satisfaction across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in EMS or Ambulance Operations, Dispatch Operations, Logistics or Transportation; 7+ years preferred.
• Strong communication, budgeting and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience leading contracts, vendor relationships and cost oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ambulance recruiting and onboarding of vendor partners across the East region.
• Manage provider relationships, performance metrics and client satisfaction.
• Analyze transportation costs, contracts and fee schedules for the region.
• Coordinate with Mobile Integrated Health teams to strengthen partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with MTM policies, processes and service levels.
• Monitor recruitment progress and report on regional KPIs monthly.
• Lead inspections, audits and corrective actions as needed.
