SHI is seeking a reliable Dispatcher to join our Modern Workplace Services (MWS) team in a remote, work-from-home capacity. The role supports a 24/7 operation, receiving service requests, creating tickets, and dispatching Field Service Technicians for IT and point-of-sale hardware repairs.

In this role you will communicate with SHI staff and customers via telephone, Microsoft Teams, and email to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Formación

• Experience in dispatcher or call center roles is preferred.
• Ability to create and manage tickets and dispatch work orders.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Receive service requests from customers and create corresponding tickets.
• Dispatch work orders to Field Service Technicians for IT/POS repairs.
• Communicate with internal teams and customers via phone, Teams, and email.
• Monitor assignments and ensure proper acceptance by technicians.
• Update technician schedules and maintain accurate dispatch data.
• Ensure complete customer information is captured for successful dispatch.
