Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a motivated Dispatcher to join the Modern Workplace Services team. You will receive service requests, create tickets, and dispatch work orders to Field Service Technicians for IT and POS repairs.

This is a remote, work-from-home position supporting a 24/7 operation. Effective communication with SHI employees and customers is essential, as is coordinating schedules and ensuring timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating clearly with internal teams and customers.

• Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Receive service requests from customers and create tickets in the call management system.
• Dispatch work orders to Field Service Technicians for IT and POS repairs.
• Monitor and oversee call assignments to ensure proper coverage and updates.
• Maintain accurate technician schedules and reflect changes promptly.
• Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and on-call overnight hours.
