Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Director, Merchant Experience - Strategy & Operations to lead the support experience for merchants, owning both strategy and execution to create a tech-first, scalable, and seamless service that drives merchant satisfaction, retention and loyalty.

You will strategize, experiment, analyze and implement initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing, sales, finance and analytics to help merchants grow their businesses on the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 10+ years in consulting, strategy, operations, banking or tech with transformation leadership.
• Experience managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to act decisively amid ambiguity and own initiatives.
• Strong data-driven approach with SQL or Excel modeling.
• Excellent communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and execute how we support merchants live on the platform.
• Drive go-to-market and execution for new initiatives using data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with product, ops, marketing, sales, finance, and analytics to land initiatives.
