DoorDash is seeking a Director of Merchant Experience - Strategy & Operations, remote in the United States. You will lead strategizing and executing initiatives to improve merchant satisfaction, retention and loyalty on the platform.

The role requires 10+ years in related fields, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to drive large-scale, cross-functional programs while maintaining ownership from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, banking, technology, with transformation leadership in fast-paced or complex environments.
• Experience managing teams and driving large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Bias for action, comfortable with ambiguity, and ownership from start to finish.
• Curious and innovative mindset.
• Problem solver who reasons from first principles and challenges the status quo.
• Analytical and data-driven; able to pull data in SQL or model in Excel.
• Persuasive and relationship-builder, effective across teams and levels.

Responsibilities

• Strategize the merchant experience by defining fast, seamless solutions that reduce operational friction.
• Experiment, analyze and implement data-driven initiatives for go-to-market and execution.
