DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a Merchant Strategy & Operations Senior Associate in Denver to own the merchant support strategy and execution after they go live on the platform. You will craft a scalable, tech-first experience that boosts merchant satisfaction and loyalty.

You will work across product, operations, marketing, sales, finance, and analytics to land key initiatives, using data to drive decisions and improvements. A strong analytical mindset and ownership culture are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2–4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, banking, technology, or related fields; startup experience a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing ambitious goals.
• Owner mindset with bias toward action and proactive value addition.
• Curiosity and willingness to innovate and improve processes.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort pulling data in SQL or Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support experience for merchants, owning strategy and execution post-launch on DoorDash.
• Transform support into a scalable, tech-first experience to drive merchant satisfaction and retention.
