Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Merchant Strategy & Operations Associate Manager in New York to lead the merchant support experience end-to-end. You will own strategy and execution to serve merchants once they’re live, transforming support into a scalable, tech-forward experience that boosts satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing, sales, finance, and analytics to land key initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4–6 years in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, or related experience.
• Experience working on analytical projects; SQL proficiency a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional leadership.
• Comfort with AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
