Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Merchant Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to lead the post-live support experience for merchants on the platform. You will shape strategy and execute initiatives to enable fast, seamless, scalable support that drives merchant satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing, sales, finance, and analytics, using data and AI tooling to inform decisions and accelerate impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 2–4+ years in consulting, strategy, operations, banking, technology, or related fields; high-growth or startup experience a plus.
• Proven track record on cross-functional initiatives and delivering results in complex environments.
• Owner mindset with bias toward action and proactive problem identification.
• Curiosity and drive to innovate and improve processes.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable pulling data from SQL or building models in Excel.
• Grit and willingness to work hard to achieve success.
• Persuasive communicator and relationship-builder across levels and functions.
• Comfort with leveraging AI tools to boost productivity and decision-making.
