DoorDash is seeking a Merchant Strategy & Operations Associate Manager in San Francisco to lead the support experience for our merchants, shaping both strategy and execution as they’re live on the platform.

You will drive a tech-first, scalable support experience that boosts merchant satisfaction, retention and loyalty, collaborating with product, operations, marketing, sales, finance and analytics to land key initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, or related field.
• Experience on analytical projects; SQL proficiency a plus.
