You will transform support into a tech-first, scalable experience driving satisfaction, retention and loyalty. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–4+ years in consulting, strategy, operations, or related fields, with strong data skills (SQL, Excel) and a bias toward action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 2–4+ years in consulting, strategy, operations, banking, tech, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and achieving ambitious goals.
• Strong data skills: SQL and Excel modeling.
• Proactive, curious, and able to solve problems from first principles.
